The Inglorious Basterds by Quentin Tarantino
Through five chapters, Tarantino revisits with a completely assumed 17th degree the History of World War II by delivering a cynical and offbeat frenzy vision of a wild posse of allies; Scalping Nazis is their only reason to live! The opening scene recalls Sergio Leone imbued with “ The Dirty Dozen” subtle dialogues. The point here being: most certainly to prove that these basterds are in the end no better than the Nazis. To note the performance of Christopher Waltz as Colonel Hans Landa Aka The Jew Hunter.
